Constraints에서 scale 과 Left+Right가 비활성화 돼있는데 어떻게 활성화하는지 아시는 분

Prototype 설정텝에서 해당 프레임 Position을 Fixed로 해놓으면 Scale, Left+Right가 비활성화 되네요.. Scroll with Parents상태에서 Scale 설정 후 마지막에 Fixed로 바꿔놓아야 됩니다
